[Case] Improvement of unpleasant odors in the painting booth <Hokkaido>
A case where the adhesion of saw boards and other materials inside the painting booth was significantly reduced.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Assist-CA Aqua Nature TR" in the sheet metal processing and plastic processing industries. There was a problem with unpleasant odors in the washing booth and the adhesion of paint resins, which made cleaning time-consuming. After the introduction, we managed to reduce odors through pH management and made paint resins non-stick, which alleviated the burden of cleaning tasks. The improvements in odor and the ease of collecting aggregates that had been a concern were also achieved, leading to a reduction in the cleaning workload.
