Wood biomass steam boilers are active in drying and processing industries. They can be widely used in drying facilities at lumber processing plants, in the fiber and dyeing industries, as well as in heat sources for food processing. Since they are small-scale, once-through boilers, no qualifications such as boiler technician certification are required. We offer models with steam capacities of 250kg/h, 500kg/h, 750kg/h, and 1000kg/h. A lumber mill that previously used an oil boiler and spent 7.2 million yen annually on oil introduced a 500kg/h steam boiler as the main boiler and achieved a fuel cost reduction of 3.94 million yen per year by using chips as the primary fuel.
