The ORV is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) capable of transporting cart trolleys in logistics warehouses and similar environments. It generates its own routes and operates without guides, allowing for installation without significant floor modifications, thereby achieving increased productivity and labor savings. It automatically recognizes and retrieves cart trolleys, lifts one side of the trolley, and transports it to the destination while avoiding obstacles. Since it is not a towing system, it can turn in place and maneuver easily, and it can also reverse, allowing for precise alignment of cart trolleys even in tight spaces, such as next to EVs or vertical conveyors. It addresses needs such as wanting to automate operations without changing the use of cart trolleys, eliminating workplace accidents involving cart trolleys, and resolving nighttime labor shortages.
