[Customer's Issues and Requests]
◆ Since this facility is used by many citizens, we want to prevent tile peeling with safety in mind.
◆ As a public facility, we want to keep the tile design unchanged without major design alterations.
[Adoption Process]
◇ We have previously proposed our products to the client (Ibaraki City), and this time we received a request during the preservation planning of the same building.
◇ Our product includes a net, which was evaluated for its safety, leading to its adoption.
[Selection Points]
◆ By covering the wall surface with a transparent resin and net, and securely fixing it to the structure with anchor pins, we maintain the color and design of the existing tile exterior while preventing tile peeling. This improves safety and durability.
◆ The dedicated topcoat protects the substrate, enhances durability and weather resistance, and aims for a longer lifespan.
◆ This method has obtained a construction technology examination certificate (building technology), so its performance evaluation has been proven.
