The "citric acid aqueous solution" is a formulation specifically for "UFD-80s" and "UF-120s." In the pH hypochlorous water supply system, pH adjustment is performed to enhance the bactericidal power of sodium hypochlorite. Therefore, as long as it is within the water quality standards of the Water Supply Act (pH 5.8 to 8.6), it is considered a processing aid and does not fall under food additives (pH adjusters).
