Ukai's "Stainless Steel Casters" feature hardware made entirely of stainless steel (SUS304), making them resistant to rust. The plate spring, which is the most critical component of the stopper mechanism, is also made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
There are four types of hardware: swivel hardware, swivel hardware with stopper, fixed hardware, and fixed hardware with stopper. The stopper mechanism of the swivel caster with stopper is designed with a double stopper that simultaneously halts the rotation of the hardware and the wheels, ensuring safe and reliable stopping.
Additionally, for the fixed caster with stopper, there is a left-side stopper configuration that allows the stopper pedal to protrude on the left when mounted on carts, etc.
Other features include a size range of 75 to 200 mm, wheel types made of nylon, rubber, urethane, and MC nylon, as well as options with stainless steel bearings in the wheel axle, making them suitable for long-term use even in areas where corrosion is a concern.
