In February 2008, we delivered a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 30m³ per day to a bread-making factory. With the aeration from the aerator Aqua Blaster, we were able to maintain a dissolved oxygen concentration of over 5.0 mg/L even in the summer, and through collaboration with decomposing microorganisms, we successfully reduced high concentrations of oil and fat, which were at 500 mg/L, to a single digit within 40 hours of retention. Raw wheat flour, also known as β-starch, also flowed in large quantities, but until now, the treated water has never exceeded the contracted values.
