The "ULA type / RLA type" is a multi-purpose instrument equipped with a total counter, pulse output counter, and momentary indication needle. Along with indicating the cumulative flow value, it emits a pulse when the cumulative flow value reaches a certain number, and the counter automatically returns to zero.
