Tunnel inspection vehicle (vertical lift type / dual-purpose for transport) / rental

Transportation + High-altitude + Continuous work! Achieve efficiency in operations with one machine.

This is a vertical lift type aerial work platform that contributes to the efficiency of light tasks such as tunnel maintenance and repairs. It serves dual purposes for vehicle registration as a cargo vehicle, allowing for road travel (transportation) and vehicle movement with the deck raised. ◎ Capable of road travel with cargo loaded on the deck With a registration classification of "1 number" for cargo vehicles, it can travel on public roads with cargo loaded on the deck. There is no need to prepare a separate vehicle for transporting goods, eliminating the need for cargo transfer work on-site and significantly improving work efficiency. ◎ Spacious deck! Ensures a wide working range and increases efficiency The working platform dimensions are a total length of 4,980mm, a width of 2,070mm when stowed, and 3,240mm when extended. The working platform can be expanded beyond the vehicle width through deck sliding, allowing for work beyond the vehicle's width. ◎ Continuous operation achieved with roller jacks ◎ Models with a full surround camera system are also available.

Road and tunnel inspection vehicle "Doctor Pat 2.0"

With three inspection functions, no small anomalies will be overlooked! Diagnosing the road surface and tunnels in a complex manner while in motion.

"Dr. Pat 2.0" is a hybrid inspection vehicle that can detect damage to pavement, expansion joints, and tunnels before it occurs, without imposing traffic restrictions. By using optical fibers with special lenses to project light at an angle, it is possible to reveal cracks. Additionally, by colorizing the road surface images, rust and corrosion have become easier to identify. Furthermore, it captures images of tunnel lining surfaces while in motion, detecting damages such as cracks, water leaks, and rust seepage, achieving effects equivalent to close visual inspections by inspectors. [Features] - Inspections can be conducted while traveling at speeds of up to 100 km/h - Three inspection functions are integrated into one vehicle - Enables predictive maintenance that leads to early repairs through high precision and efficiency - Special lighting improves crack detection accuracy - Color images help identify signs of damage such as rust and corrosion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
