We would like to introduce a case of "floor sinking correction work" and "underfloor void filling work" carried out in a condominium located in Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture. Due to the impact of the Kumamoto earthquake, the floor of the first floor of the condominium sank, creating gaps between the floor and walls, as well as between the walls and ceiling. We would like to introduce a case of "settlement repair work" carried out on a certain house with a flat foundation in Gifu Prefecture. There was a request to perform settlement repair before the exterior wall work, and we were contacted by the client. Due to ground subsidence, the classroom floor has sagged! The floor subsidence was corrected in a short construction period of one day.

We would like to introduce a case of "sunken floor correction work and deflection correction work" conducted in an elementary school classroom in Tokyo. Due to ground subsidence, a maximum of 80mm of sinking occurred in the center of the floor, causing deflection. Concerns for safety and health rendered the classroom unusable. The areas of the classroom floor that had sunk were corrected to -10mm, moving from the outer edges toward the center. Due to consolidation settlement, the floors of classrooms and the art room in the elementary school sank, and voids (cavities) were also observed under the floor. The area of the sinking correction was approximately 83m², with a maximum sinking amount of 64mm. [Construction Case] Nursing Facility: Correction Work for Sunken Earthen Floor

Up to 60mm of subsidence in the central Slavic region! Ground consolidation and strengthening with the foaming pressure of polyurethane resin.

Here is a case study of "floor sinking correction work" carried out at a nursing care facility in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to weak ground, subsidence occurred, resulting in visible sinking of the floor within the facility. During a preliminary survey, a maximum subsidence of 60mm was observed at the center of the slab, and a gap of 50mm was confirmed near the beams. Using the foam pressure of polyurethane resin, the ground was compacted and strengthened, filling the gaps between the slab and the ground, while simultaneously correcting the floor sinking.
