**Features** - It was referred to as the Erichsen test in the old JIS K5400, but the name changed to "cupping resistance" from JIS K5600. - The automatic cupping test machine is driven by an electric motor with micro-step control, allowing for precise and stable deformation in 0.01 mm increments. It can pause and resume. - The control panel is equipped with the Triple I (R) navigation tool. This intelligent illumination interface detects which button is active at each step of the operation menu and displays it with a central red light, enabling intuitive operation. - To ensure visibility of all coating surfaces, including high gloss, matte, and colored samples, it is equipped with a complementary light system that allows for color changes to achieve maximum contrast. The intensity of the LED lighting illuminating the coating surface is also adjustable according to the direction of the light source. - PC operation is possible via TQC Sheen-Bus connection (an additional optional 'LinQ' is required for PC operation). - It is an ideal device for cupping tests.

Our company offers a "New High-Precision Thermal Insulation Testing Machine" that measures the thermal insulation properties of knit fabrics, general woven fabrics, general clothing, non-woven fabrics, bedding cotton, blankets, and more. The sample is attached to a constant temperature heating element that simulates human body temperature. The heat loss (heat dissipation) that passes through this sample within a certain time is measured, and this is compared to the heat loss (heat dissipation) measured in a bare state without the sample on the constant temperature heating element. The difference in heat loss is calculated as the insulation rate.
