[Case Study] Prevention of Dust Emission Exposure Around the Dust Collector
A case study of discharging and disposing of powder collected using the liner pack method without scattering and in a touch-free manner.
There was a challenge of wanting to discharge and dispose of the powder collected by the dust collector without scattering it. Therefore, by using a non-contact discharge system (liner pack), it prevents powder scattering and exposure during the discharge process. This also helps to prevent spills on the floor and scattering during disposal. As a result, the discharge operation has become possible with simple procedures and operations. 【Case Study】 <Problems> ■ Since the dust collector is a standalone bucket, workers directly touch the powder during discharge, leading to exposure due to scattering. ■ Spills of powder occur during discharge, necessitating cleaning of the floor. ■ Protective clothing and gear are essential during discharge and disposal. <Benefits> ■ Discharge operations can be performed with simple procedures and operations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
