■Overview At Nikki Fron Co., Ltd., we are working to improve productivity and production capacity in response to the growing demand for our main product, fluororesin products. To establish improvement methods through the collection and analysis of data related to production resources, we have implemented sensors to gather data on the operating status of processing machines, the work conditions of operators, and the placement of operators. This data is accumulated on a data server, and we have adopted the low-code development tool "TALON" to build a productivity data analysis platform. ■Effect Currently, for one processing machine, we have achieved visualization and database creation of operating data, the opening and closing of processing doors, and the presence of operators. By combining various data in a complex manner, we can display aggregated results on a web browser, allowing us to clearly identify areas for improvement and verify the effects. In the future, we plan to expand this to other processing machines, collect data from the entire factory, and integrate it with data from other systems related to production planning, aiming for further improvements in productivity and production capacity.
