Flow Change Fitting: Orifice Restrictor
The simplest fitting for controlling flow.
An orifice restrictor is the simplest device for controlling flow rate. It narrows the flow by imposing a restriction on the fluid passing through it via a high-precision orifice (through hole) located inside the main body. We offer two types: a double-tube connection type that is easy to install in the middle of piping, and a single-side threaded connection type that can be connected to other devices. The orifice sizes range from a minimum of 0.001 inches (0.025 mm) to a maximum of 0.052 inches (1.321 mm), and each size is easily distinguishable by color coding.
