The "Ream Roller" is a reamer and roller burnishing tool that enables stable finishing with a surface roughness of Rz 0.8 or less, without dimensional variation, in a single pass. The reamer and roller are designed for a throw-away type (blade replacement type) and feature a coolant-through specification. Thanks to the guiding effect of the roller section, high-precision machining of long workpieces is also possible.
