[Case Study] Camellia Long-Distance Detection Proximity Sensor I・II

A sensor capable of detecting detached metal pieces! Introducing a case study that solved conveyor chain troubles.

We would like to introduce a case where the "Tsubaki Long-Distance Detection Proximity Sensor" monitored the slack of a conveyor chain for 24 hours. There were issues such as difficulty accessing the conveyor due to the environment surrounding the transported items and being too busy with daily operations to check the slack of the conveyor chain regularly. We proposed the Tsubaki Long-Distance Detection Proximity Sensor I, which eliminated troubles caused by slack and contributed to preventive maintenance. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - Difficult environment for accessing the conveyor - No time to check the slack of the conveyor chain ■ Effects - Elimination of troubles caused by slack, contributing to preventive maintenance - Ability to check from the control panel without going directly to the site, reducing the burden of on-site work *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Guide sensor" magnetic induction sensor for unmanned transport vehicles (AGV)

Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) magnetic sensors for guidance are not affected by output variations due to gap fluctuations. Smooth linear output in relation to displacement.

The GS-315 type has top-class features among all guide sensors in history. It enables stable induction unaffected by dust and dirt to detect the magnetism from the "guide tape." Since it uses a unique detection element developed by Makome Research Institute, it allows for a significant operational distance from the "guide tape." The waterproof GS-515 has also joined the lineup!! *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF document. *Sample loans are available!

AGV Magnetic Address Sensor SMR-100C/SMG-100

N-pole/S-pole 2-channel switching type (individual polarity output) Spot mark reader (mark sensor) for AGV address sensor

This is a 2ch switching type (individual polarity) address sensor that is used in combination with the dedicated address magnet plate 'SMG-100'. It has two output lines, and as the sensor passes over the magnet plate, the output line for either the N or S pole will turn ON depending on the polarity of the magnet. It is suitable for simple vehicle control such as acceleration, deceleration, and braking of automated guided vehicles (AGVs), allowing for stable guidance that is not affected by dust or debris. It is very compact, providing high flexibility when integrated into AGVs and similar applications. 【Main Features】 - Two types: Normal Open 'SMR-100C' and Normal Close 'SMR-100C-P' - Completely non-contact type with a detection range of 15 to 40 mm - Capable of polarity discrimination, not just the presence of a magnet, but also whether there is an "N pole (or S pole)" - Sensitivity adjusted to match the dedicated address magnet plates 'SMG-100 (N)' and 'SMG-100 (S)' - There is also a 1-bit information type (detecting either N or S pole) 'SMR-50B' *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
