Daiwa Precision Press Co., Ltd. - Press processing examples of difficult-to-cut materials
We will introduce examples of press processing using difficult-to-cut materials. We can accommodate a wide range of applications and small quantities of various products.
This is made using materials referred to as difficult-to-machine materials (materials with poor machinability), subjected to deep drawing and special processing. Regarding the deep drawing, measures have been taken to minimize variations in the thickness of the drawn part and to suppress cracking. The ring is finished on an integrated metal ring. The materials shown in the photo are processing samples of tantalum (rare metal), 42 alloy, and Inconel X750. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
