The "Metal Injection Molding" process is a manufacturing method that creates metal parts in the desired shape by mixing powdered metal with a binder and injecting it into a mold. It excels in producing fine thin-walled shapes with thicknesses ranging from 0.2 mm to 5 mm. It accommodates millimeter-scale orders and demonstrates properties equivalent to those of wrought materials, such as torsion and bending. With a density of over 95% and pores that take on a round, independent shape, it exhibits excellent mechanical strength. The binder debinding process is conducted at high speeds to minimize the alteration and deformation of the metal powder, allowing for sintering under various conditions, including vacuum, reducing atmosphere, inert atmosphere, and high-pressure atmosphere, tailored to each metal's requirements.
