It is resilient to both wet and dry conditions, and by having a woody stem, it fixes a large amount of CO2 compared to lawns. It thrives in areas where maintenance is difficult and is effective for environmental greening. The bag method (FTM bag) involves placing soil specifically for evergreen giraffe grass into a bag, achieving soil flow prevention, weed control, and easy greening.
