[2024 Issue Countermeasures] For those struggling with pallet management at their own locations.

Identifying the cause of lost pallets! Centralized management of pallets is possible through a web system.

At a food trading company, pallets were previously managed by each center using their own methods, which led to a lack of standardization and discrepancies in inventory, making the stock levels at each center unclear. With the establishment of a new large center, there was a request to improve inventory management, and our company proposed the inventory management web system "TRAXGO." The large center manages six types of pallets, and by inputting data into this system, it has become possible to check the inventory at each location. Additionally, by being able to manage each location, it became possible to identify the locations responsible for pallet losses, and by implementing countermeasures, the number of losses has decreased. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Increased management workload (i.e., increased labor costs) - Unclear pallet inventory by location ■ Improvements - Visualization of inventory by location - Identification of locations responsible for pallet losses *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[2024 Issue Countermeasures] I want to eliminate paperwork.

Improvement of data accuracy by reducing input errors! Achieving invoice-less operations with pallet reading and pallet management systems.

Until now, we manually created paper invoices at the time of pallet shipment, and both the shipping origin and destination entered the details into the pallet management system. However, due to the use of paper invoices, there were many occurrences of loss and mistakes in writing and inputting, resulting in low data accuracy. Therefore, we implemented our pallet management system "TRAX." When shipping products, we use reading devices to scan the RFID tags on the pallets, and when the data is sent, it is reflected in "TRAX" with the expected arrival and other information. In this way, by reading the pallets and sending data, the system is updated in real-time, preventing input errors and omissions in the invoices. 【Case Summary】 ■Issues - Low data accuracy - Inability to grasp real-time inventory status ■Improvements - Improved data accuracy by reducing input errors - Real-time reflection of information *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
