"Biomass Minafoam," a packaging cushioning material also used in intricate joinery work.

Polyethylene foam cushioning material with independent air bubbles! It is highly flexible and excellent in cushioning properties.

We would like to introduce a case where our "Biomass Miniform" was implemented at Tani Hata Co., Ltd. The company previously used bubble wrap for cushioning, but they were troubled by the bubble marks left on the surface of their kumiko (lattice work). They decided to implement our product to improve the quality of product packaging and because they are always considering switching to environmentally friendly products. They have noted that "domestic softwoods like cedar and cypress are particularly prone to scratches, making our product easy to use." [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - They were using bubble wrap for cushioning, but were troubled by the bubble marks left on the surface of the kumiko. ■ Implementation Results - Our product is easy to use for items that are prone to scratches. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
