Additionally, since it has an automatic gap device, no shims or adjustments for gaps are needed during installation. It can be installed in both vertical and horizontal orientations. - Excellent responsiveness The rise and fall of torque are quick, and operation is reliable. - Wide variety There is a rich selection of standalone clutch and brake products, clutch packs, and clutch-brake units, with sizes ranging from 12 to 1000 Nm of torque, making it suitable for a wide range of machines.

This is a small type of non-excited brake for braking and holding purposes.

■Features - Achieves 100% rated torque from the start By adopting special friction materials, we have ensured 100% rated torque from the beginning, eliminating the need for a break-in period. - Realizes smaller diameter Through the use of special friction materials and efficient magnetic circuit design, we have achieved industry-leading miniaturization. - Quiet design By incorporating a backlash reduction mechanism in the rotating part, we have improved quietness during operation. - Low inertia moment for rotating parts The use of engineering plastics has enabled low inertia moment for the rotating components. - Long lifespan The use of heat-resistant friction materials has stabilized torque (for holding and emergency braking types). - Two types for braking and holding/emergency stop in the same size We have prepared an S type for general braking and an R type for holding and emergency braking in the same dimensions, allowing for the selection of the optimal model for specific applications. Additionally, we offer two voltage options, DC24V and DC90V, in the series.

Okura Clutch, which boasts a global share in general industrial clutches/brakes and car air conditioning clutches, has introduced a lineup of tension control devices (tension control systems) centered around powder clutches/brakes and hysteresis clutches/brakes, developed through years of experience and various slip service actuators. By utilizing a unique wiring-reduced digital communication method between the tension unit, an intelligent actuator equipped with a microcontroller, and the controller, we have achieved improved installation, lower costs, and high individual accuracy and linearity.
