It comes with knockouts suitable for 0 to 4 size mall. It has guide lines for trimming edges and two screw holes (4×10) for installation. It is effective when the opening from the ceiling surface is more than 50mm (up to 70mm) away from the wall surface. Available colors include gray, white, milky white, brown, chocolate, and black.
