【3D Laser Measurement Business】What can be done with 3D laser measurement

Measurements can be taken without approaching dangerous areas! Field sketching time can be significantly reduced.

We would like to introduce what our "3D Laser Measurement" can do. It is possible to capture everything seen as point cloud data in its original form. By obtaining point cloud data, you can perform dimension measurements, interference checks, and create videos. Additionally, with a measurement accuracy of ±1.0mm at a distance of 10m, measurements can be made more accurately and without errors compared to manual measuring. 【What can be done】 ■ As it is three-dimensional information, it can be easily understood by those who are not on-site. ■ With a measurement range of 150m, extensive measurements can be taken in a short time all at once. ■ The modeled data can be provided as 3D CAD data. ■ Floor plans, elevation drawings, and isometric drawings can be created. *The catalog can be downloaded from the related links.

[3D Laser Measurement Case Study] Utilized for Factory Layout Planning

You can discover interferences and discrepancies between the actual object and the drawings that are often overlooked in 2D!

We would like to introduce a case where our "3D laser measurement" was utilized in factory layout planning. Existing buildings, piping, and equipment are scanned with a 3D scanner to create point cloud data, allowing for preliminary planning within a 3D space on a computer. Additionally, 3D CAD data can also be imported, making it possible to arrange new equipment as well. By conducting preliminary planning using point cloud data, it becomes possible to visualize the layout in 3D after placement, facilitating easier information sharing and other advantages. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Production Period: 1 week ■ Number of Shots: 15 ■ Shooting Days: 0.5 days *The catalog can be downloaded from the related link.

Drone Laser Scanner System "TDOT 3 GREEN"

A lightweight green laser system that is resistant to water absorption and capable of underwater surveying, suitable for surveying mountainous areas, river regions, and coastal areas.

In general drone laser surveying, near-infrared laser light is used. While near-infrared is inexpensive and easy to handle, it is easily absorbed by water and has a low reflectivity on black objects, which can result in the inability to obtain surface data depending on the condition of the ground as well as the underwater terrain. The TDOT 3 GREEN uses green laser light, which has a wavelength that can overcome the weaknesses of near-infrared. Like near-infrared, it can also survey land, allowing the TDOT 3 GREEN to perform terrain surveys both on land and underwater with just one unit. ■ Seamless Kinematic Processing The TDOT series provides a system that automates optimal trajectory analysis using electronic reference points and fixed stations, which require expertise, and seamlessly integrates the entire process up to point cloud data output. ■ Real-Time Display of Data During Surveying Since cross-sectional data during surveying can be checked in real-time, it is possible to understand whether the surveying work is being carried out as planned.
