The number of screw parts has been reduced from 3 to 2! Introducing a case where it was adopted for the engine filter parts of turbo engine vehicles!

Insert nuts for resin (plastic) have traditionally relied heavily on knurling and similar features. When bolts are tightened with high torque, the inserted nuts can deform the resin, leading to issues such as slipping and spinning. We received strong requests from customers for the development of an outsert nut that can handle high torque (high torque strength) and can be used after resin molding. As a result, we advanced our research, development, and prototyping to introduce an original-shaped outsert nut that can accommodate high torque and tensile strength (pull-out strength).
