Electric heated high-pressure hot water cleaner
This is a genuine electric high-pressure hot water cleaner composed of a SUS electric heating hot water tank (with simple insulation) and a high-pressure washer, designed to be quiet, safe, and environmentally friendly.
In environments such as food-related and pharmaceutical companies where high-pressure hot water cleaning is desired but the use of fire as a heat source is not allowed, this system is ideal for reducing and improving environmental impact through ISO 14000 certification. Since it generates hot water using electric heaters, it is environmentally friendly, quiet, and safe. The capacity of the cleaning machine can be customized with different models according to the application. This device supplies hot water directly from the hot water tank to the high-pressure cleaner for spraying, but it can also be configured to mix cold water using a mixing valve to achieve the desired temperature before supplying it to the high-pressure cleaner. In this case, since cold water is mixed in, the resulting hot water temperature will be lower, but it allows for reduced running costs and the possibility of combining it with a cleaning machine that has a larger water output. Of course, piping can also be arranged to allow direct hot water supply from the hot water tank to the cleaning machine.
