The "LD-25Y" is a hold-down hardware that can be used for fastening the foundation and vertical frames, as well as for fastening vertical frames between floors. It can be installed directly onto the vertical frame with drill screws, improving workability without the need for pilot holes. The holes for the hold-down bolts are elongated to accommodate misalignment.
