Insulating paint GAINA

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency has successfully applied insulation technology to develop a very special ceramic that can be used as a coating for construction materials!

The coating of Gainah, when exposed to heat, efficiently converts that heat into far infrared rays and continues to radiate. Far infrared rays have the property of transporting radiant heat from the hotter area to the cooler area, thereby equalizing the temperature. By utilizing this property, the Gainah coating can instantly respond to the temperature of the surrounding environment. The condensation prevention effect of Gainah is generally a phenomenon that occurs when heat from the air moves to surfaces such as walls. Heat always moves from a higher temperature to a lower temperature when there is a temperature difference. Therefore, in winter indoors, condensation occurs on surfaces like walls that are at a lower temperature than the indoor air temperature. When Gainah is applied, the painted surface approaches the same temperature as the indoor air, reducing the temperature difference and effectively suppressing the occurrence of condensation.

More Comfortable High Insulation Housing: Paintable Insulation Ceramic 'Gaina'

"Gaina," developed from the thermal insulation paint technology by JAXA! Just by applying it to buildings, it demonstrates various effects and improves the living environment.

The insulating ceramic "Gaina" is a coating material that was developed from technology designed to protect rockets from air friction heat during launches by JAXA. By simply applying it to roofs and exterior walls, it enables insulation, improves the efficiency of heating and cooling, and provides a wide range of effects including heat shielding, condensation prevention, soundproofing, and air quality improvement. It suppresses the intrusion and outflow of heat into buildings through a different process than traditional insulation materials, allowing for a more comfortable living environment when used in conjunction. *For more detailed effects and features of "Gaina," please refer to the catalog. If you would like a more detailed explanation or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.*

Heat-insulating and heat-shielding paint - Reducing electricity CO2 by 10-15%!? - [Natsuhara Industrial Co., Ltd.]

The air conditioning unit's power consumption and CO2 emissions will be reduced by approximately 10 to 15%!

"Heat-insulating and heat-reflective coating" contributes to energy savings for existing air conditioning systems! During cooling: By preventing the temperature rise of the outdoor unit through heat reflection, the heat exchange rate is improved. During heating: The defrost operation, which consumes the most power in air conditioning, is reduced through insulation effects. As a result of these effects, we achieve a reduction in annual power consumption and CO2 emissions of 10-15%. We contribute widely, including to publicly listed companies. [Features] ■ Easy application by just painting ■ Short payback period makes it easy to implement ■ Ideal for rooftops with good sunlight exposure and south-facing outdoor units *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
