We would like to introduce a case where a control panel was protected from radiant heat from other sources, preventing temperature rise. There was an issue where "the control panel near the furnace was constantly exposed to the furnace's radiant heat, causing the control panel inverter to burn out. We wanted to quickly implement measures to prevent recurrence." In response, a high-temperature heat shield sheet was applied to the target control panel. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface temperature of the control panel decreased from 70°C to 30°C, a reduction of 40°C. There was a challenge to implement heat countermeasures to reduce the burden on workers from the summer heat. Therefore, we installed high-performance aluminum heat-reflective sheets under the Galvalume steel roof to prevent radiant heat from the sun from entering the interior.
