The Able VRXF series speed reducers have the same mounting dimensions as the best-selling VRSF and are compatible, while also offering improved torque and efficiency.
This is a successor model to the VRSF, with the same installation dimensions and compatibility. Additionally, by adopting a newly designed gear, torque and efficiency have improved compared to previous models, and it has become even quieter. We offer a lineup of short-lead-time models that can be delivered quickly. * For the same model, orders of 5 units or fewer, and installations with supplied servo motors are excluded. Special arrangements are required around long holidays. ■ Features - Increased torque transmission compared to previous models due to the new gear design and total roller structure - Instantaneous allowable torque can handle 300-350% of the rated torque - Adoption of new helical gears has made it quieter than before - Supports high-speed input of 6000 rpm - Compatible with the same installation dimensions as the VRSF series - Standardized output shaft as a straight shaft (without keyway) - Can be installed on servo motors worldwide through direct coupling and adapter/bush coupling - Optional IP65 compliance * As of April 1, 2023, "Nidec Shimpo Corporation" has changed its name to "Nidec Drive Technology Corporation."
