The 【OC Series】 'OCT/UN' is a stationary autoclave unit. It features a sealing method using O-rings and clamps. It employs FFKM, which has excellent chemical resistance, and the clamp seal enhances workability. ■ It standardly accommodates volumes from 100 milliliters to 2 liters. The design capacities include 100ml, 200ml, 400ml, 800ml, 1L, 1.5L, and 2L. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316L, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). Additionally, PTFE, PEEK inner liners, and fluororesin coatings are also available.

The RV series "RVT/UN" is a stationary autoclave unit. It features a sealing method using metal gaskets and bolts. It adopts a delta gasket that excels in economy and airtightness, allowing for repeated use of the gasket. Tightening work is made easy by using the torque wrench included as standard, which facilitates the management of tightening torque. ■ The capacity ranges from 30 milliliters to 1 liter as standard. The O Series "O-T/UN" is a stationary autoclave unit. It features a sealing method using O-rings and caps. It employs a ternary FKM that excels in steam resistance, and the O-ring is designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°C. Due to its self-sealing design, tightening the cap is easy. By changing the O-ring and valve, it can also accommodate specifications for 300°C. The standard capacity ranges from 50 milliliters to 400 milliliters, with design capacities available in 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, and 400ml. The standard capacity ranges from 1.5 liters to 20 liters, with design capacities available in 1.5L, 2L, 2.5L, 3L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L.
