A new cut-base type has been introduced for the ultra-compact adhesive wind speed and temperature probe "QB Series." The base of Φ7mm (QB-5) has been made even smaller, now featuring an oval base measuring 4mm in width and 5.5mm in length. With the calibration of the conventional anemometer body, high-precision wind speed measurements are possible. ● The wind speed distribution of the air passing through the radiator and the wind speed distribution inside the engine room can be measured at up to 256 points. The wind speed measurement range is from 0.2 m/s to 30 m/s, measured with sensors and a multi-point wind speed output unit. (Temperature range is from 0°C to 120°C) ● The sensor unit can accommodate a thermal wind speed sensor and a wind temperature sensor in a stainless steel case. It can also be easily installed at measurement points within the engine room. ● Due to the placement of ultra-compact wind speed and wind temperature sensors, the resistance is lower compared to conventional propeller types, allowing for the measurement of the wind speed and temperature distribution of the airflow passing over the radiator surface. Additionally, our products are manufactured and calibrated domestically (in-house), enabling us to respond quickly to maintenance such as repairs and recalibrations. ● The calibration of the sensors is performed in our calibration wind tunnel using a well-established calibration system with traceability, allowing for calibration while the sensors remain in their cases, ensuring high-precision measurements. Digmesa Liquid Flow Sensor FHK/FH

The liquid flow sensor FHK/FH covers a measurement range from 30 cc/min to 5 L/min.

The FHK/FH flow sensor can accurately measure liquids in very small quantities, making it suitable for applications such as liquid formulation and mixing. It covers flow rates from 0.03 to 5 L/min in five different flow sizes. A magnet is attached to the rotor, which outputs a rectangular wave open pulse signal (NPN) proportional to the rotor's rotation. The linearity is ±2% across the entire flow range. The liquid flow sensor U701/702/705/706 series measures low viscosity liquids from a low flow rate of 15 mL/min to up to 50 L/min.

This product series is a sensor capable of measuring low-viscosity liquids from a low flow rate of 15 mL/min to a large flow rate of up to 50 L/min. It employs a Belton-type micro turbine wheel (patented) that enables long-term accurate measurements with excellent reproducibility. The design is adapted for ultra-clean applications, ensuring no particle generation. The connection uses flare fittings to prevent fluid from entering the threaded parts.
