Sensor-separated float switch!!
The method involves using a magnetic proximity switch installed outside the liquid tank, which is activated by a magnet built into the float. The float moves up and down in accordance with the liquid, allowing it to detect the liquid level.
Point 1: By focusing on magnetic detection, we have made it possible to separate the sensor part from the float switch using our unique long-distance detection technology and float technology. Since there is no sensor part inside the liquid tank, the removal of the liquid tank from the device becomes smoother.
Point 2: We have overcome the issue of liquid adhesion to the inner surface of the liquid tank with externally attachable capacitive sensors or ultrasonic sensors. There is also no malfunction caused by bubbles near the surface, as long as the float does not lose its buoyancy due to the bubbles.
Point 3: Since there is no sensor part inside the liquid tank, there is no need to be careful when handling it during cleaning or other operations.
