The regulations regarding the handling of asbestos, which began enforcement in April 2021, have now entered a phase of significant regulatory strengthening with the mandatory pre-investigation by asbestos investigators starting in October 2023. It is expected that asbestos investigators will be requested for various advice not only on pre-investigations but also on proper handling after demolition. The "Long Type" of InterAction is a type of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) that can package and transport long items such as slate boards without breaking them, and its product photos are included in the processing manuals of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Ministry of the Environment, recommending its use. Furthermore, it has obtained a patent for its unique belt structure that ensures safety during crane lifting, and since its launch in 2005, a total of 210,000 bags have been sold, covering more than 12.63 million square meters of processing area as of the end of December last year. As for asbestos, it is now considered an issue that affects not only building owners, general contractors, clients of construction projects, and on-site workers but also neighboring residents and all citizens of our country. Our company established an Asbestos Dispersion Prevention Support Office in February 2020, assigning one asbestos investigator to provide information aimed at preventing asbestos dispersion.
