"Resin extrusion molding" is a method where heated and softened resin is continuously poured into a mold with holes, and shaped by being extruded like tokoroten (a Japanese jelly-like food). There are three types of molding methods available for selection based on application. In particular, PVC foam extrusion molding is difficult, and there are few companies capable of it, making it a technology we can confidently provide. We have produced over 10,000 products to date, creating about 285 molds each year, which is nearly one mold every day. A method of extruding while coating with resin! Introducing insert and single-color extrusion molding.

We would like to introduce the processing technology of Katsuron Co., Ltd., "Extrusion Molding." Just like making minced meat at a butcher shop, resin (raw material) is fed into the cylinder from the entrance (hopper), and while being heated, the screw rotates to push the resin forward. As the resin is pushed, it melts and is kneaded, then extruded through the die to form a shape. 【Features】 ■ Single Color: Products are made using one extrusion machine. ■ Two Colors: Two extrusion machines are used to simultaneously extrude two different materials with varying hardness, colors, or performance through the die into a single product. ■ Insert: A core material is inserted from the back of the die, and while being coated with resin, it is extruded through the die. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
