Energy isolation system: Electricity, pneumatic, and hydraulic in one place!

Multi-zone energy (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic) isolation system! It is called single point lockout in Europe and the United States.

The "ElectroGuard Energy Isolation System" provides a new level of machine safety by utilizing a third-party certified system design that ensures all energy sources are quickly isolated every time a lockout is performed. The "ElectroGuard EIS System" is capable of isolating electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic energy for each zone of a machine system, which may consist of an entire machine or multiple zones. This system receives a single input at a remote lockout station, executes all energy isolation procedures including verification, and then the locking is performed by the operator or maintenance personnel. 【Benefits】 ■ Reduction of downtime accidents ■ Increased productivity ■ Establishment of standardized procedures across the facility ■ Improved operational accuracy of the plant through downtime communication ■ Ease of regulation, purchase, setup, and maintenance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Material and powder clogging new resolution system "Air Sweep" *Many materials available

As an alternative to knocker vibrators! Highly effective for "difficult-to-discharge materials" such as wet powders, viscous powders, and bulk materials. Also aimed at preventing workplace accidents.

"Air Sweep" is a system that solves clogs in containers used for storing materials and powders by injecting high-pressure, large-volume compressed air or inert gas along the inner walls of the container. This process lifts and stirs the materials that have adhered to the walls. <We completely solve the following issues!> - Slow discharge leading to decreased productivity - Discharge stopping, causing variability in product quality - Risk of workplace accidents - Unnecessary labor costs - Noise issues from knockers and vibrators It demonstrates high effectiveness even for difficult-to-discharge materials such as wet powders, viscous powders, and bulk materials. It also takes hygiene into consideration, making it suitable for applications in the food sector. 【Features】 - Effective for difficult-to-discharge products that cannot be resolved by vibrators, knockers, or blow discs - Resolves clogs inside the container and cleans the internal surfaces - Addresses issues such as bridging, arching, and rat holes ★ We offer improvement proposals ★ If you provide the following information, we will submit an "Improvement Proposal" summarizing product selection and effective installation methods for containers. - Material name - Container drawings (hand-drawn or punch drawings are acceptable) - Available air (gas) pressure

[Example] A method for resolving cement material clogging, more effective than a blaster.

By bursting sequence-controlled compressed air at intervals of 10 to 15 seconds, the materials are lifted off the wall and stirred, completely solving the material clogging problem!

**Problem** In cement manufacturing, crushed stone is mixed with iron ore and fly ash and melted in a kiln at a high temperature of 2700 degrees. One of the by-products of this process is clinker. Clinker consists of gray, marble-sized balls that pass through a cooler, are crushed, and mixed with other materials to be used as a binder in cement. Clinker is sticky at high temperatures and prone to wear, making it easy to adhere to containers and chutes. Heidelberg Cement attempted to blast the blocks with two air blasters, but it was unsuccessful. To solve this problem, human intervention was still necessary. "We were breaking up the material in the tube with long sticks." **Solution** Heidelberg Cement needed a more reliable material flow activation device that could eliminate all clumps of material. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

First release! Free distribution of the Fluid Machinery Safety Guidebook for Oil and Pneumatic Pressure (Total 96 pages)!

Full of information such as international standards to refer to, methods for risk assessment, oil and pneumatic risk reduction measures for various applications, and equipment selection flowcharts.

"Machine safety" refers to the efforts to avoid accidents and disasters that may occur when using machinery through machine design. Even if there are operator mistakes, misoperations, or failures of the machinery itself, if the design and equipment are implemented with these risks in mind, it becomes possible to reduce the risk of accidents. ~The Importance of Risk Assessment for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment~ In production facilities and various machines, pneumatic and hydraulic energy is widely used in addition to electricity. For example, even if electrical control equipment is established for safety, if the final drive device, which is the pneumatic or hydraulic equipment, breaks down, the facility may become unsafe. This document introduces international standards to refer to for preventing machine disasters in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, methods for risk assessment, key points for risk evaluation, and specific measures for reducing pneumatic and hydraulic risks, all in a substantial 96-page volume. [Contents (Excerpt)] ■ International standards related to pneumatic and hydraulic safety ■ Safety construction process ■ Risk assessment ■ Selection of safety functions ■ Selection of pneumatic safety valves ■ Selection of hydraulic safety functions ■ Safety design ■ Design verification And more.

[Case] Resolving cement blockage with air sweep.

In the Philippines, where humidity is very high, cement materials that had solidified due to moisture in the air were being knocked out of silos, but that is no longer necessary!

Air Sweep instantly releases compressed air in a 360-degree direction along the inner walls of the material container, powerfully resolving stubborn powder blockages. This case introduces the resolution of blockage issues at a cement plant in the very humid Philippines. Due to the high moisture content in the air, the cement material was solidifying, leading to the introduction of knockers and vibrators; however, workers ultimately had to "hammer the silo." As a countermeasure, 12 units of the Air Sweep model VA-51 were installed. The blockage problem that had troubled the company for years was resolved in just four days! Additionally, the "noise" issue associated with knockers and vibrators was also eliminated. This customer plans to expand the energy-efficient Air Sweep to other plants as well.

[Technical Brochure] Free Distribution of the Oil and Pneumatic Machinery Safety Guidebook (Total 96 Pages)!

Full of information such as international standards, methods and precautions for risk assessment, examples of risks associated with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and a selection flowchart for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Many labor accidents, such as those involving machinery entrapment, occur not during operation but during maintenance or adjustment of the machinery. During maintenance or adjustment, safety covers may be removed, and if the machinery operates unexpectedly, workers are exposed to significant danger. Risk assessments need to consider not only operational scenarios but also maintenance and adjustment situations. In addition to electricity, "hydraulic and pneumatic energy" is widely used, and risk assessments must take all forms of energy into account. This document presents international standards that serve as a guide for reducing the risk of labor accidents caused by hydraulic and pneumatic energy, as well as methods for risk assessment and key points for risk evaluation, all in a substantial volume of 96 pages. 【What is machine safety?】 It is the concept of reducing the risk of labor accidents (machine accidents) by designing equipment that anticipates risks from "operator mistakes or misoperations" and "failures of the machinery itself." 【Contents included】 ■ International standards related to hydraulic and pneumatic safety ■ Safety construction process ■ Risk assessment ■ Selection of safety functions ■ Selection of pneumatic safety valves ■ Selection of hydraulic safety functions ■ Safety design ■ Design verification, etc.
