Building material processing - Cutting

Applications such as woodworking, building materials, and signboard materials! Efficient processing is possible by using different machines.

At Tomato Industry, we perform "cutting" as part of building material processing. Cutting processes include processing with a T-cut saw (a machine that can process multiple stacked sheets simultaneously in both vertical and horizontal directions) and a panel cut saw (a machine that cuts one direction at a time). For large lots, we use the T-cut saw, while for short delivery times and small lots, we utilize the panel cut saw, allowing for efficient processing. 【Equipment (excerpt)】 ■ Beam Saw BS692 with 2-head marking function, compatible with 10 feet (3M×3M) ■ Robo Panel Saw PS691 with simple AI × IoT ■ Fully automatic robot loading system ■ Full Auto Panel Saw PS481, compatible with 8 feet ■ Mycon Trimming Saw TS386, compatible with 6 heads and 8 feet ■ General-purpose Panel Saw PS261, manual 6 feet straight ruler *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We will cut and process the Rosnaboard. Leave the insulation board-related tasks to us!

We will cut and process the loss board. Leave the insulation board-related tasks to us! Due to the characteristics of the material, we will do our best to meet your requests regarding tolerances and warping.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we cut and machine Rosna boards. You can leave the insulation board-related tasks to us. As a company specializing in plastic resin processing, we are quite niche since there are not many companies that can handle this. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, heat-curing materials are often selected for insulation boards, and many of the items are relatively easy to process. Rosna boards are high-heat-resistant resins with a fabric-reinforced substrate, but since they are laminated, there can be cases of chipping or delamination due to the material properties, so it is advisable to avoid complex shapes. We use CADCAM from Mori Seiki for machining, allowing us to create programs and processing conditions with a sense of speed. (If you have 2D data, please provide it.) We are flexible in accommodating your company's payment terms, direct shipping, and custom products based on actual items. Interestingly, we often find that the difficulty in handling, which does not show up in numbers, can be reduced through inspections, ultimately striving to meet your requests. In recent years, while users have shown a growing interest in plastic resins, there seems to be a gap in knowledge, and we will work to bridge that gap.
