Repair and reinforcement of existing reinforced concrete structures using the "CF Laminate Method."

No heavy machinery needed! No welding needed! Repair and reinforcement technology using CFRP sheet bonding.

The "CF Laminate Method" is a repair and reinforcement technique that involves attaching CF laminate to the concrete surface of existing reinforced concrete structural members. It eliminates the need for heavy machinery, streamlining the reinforcement process and shortening construction time. Additionally, since welding is not required during reinforcement, the risk of fire is reduced. This method is used for the repair and reinforcement of RC floor slabs and beams, as well as for reinforcing openings in floor slabs. 【Features】 ■ Minimal weight increase due to reinforcement ■ Excellent for reinforcement in harsh environments due to non-corrosive materials ■ Easy visual inspection of the base material after construction *Available in Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa Prefectures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

CS-21

CS-21 is primarily composed of sodium silicate and densifies the voids, including the depths of cracks, in the concrete surface after curing by applying it.

CS-21 is a method that enhances the durability and water tightness of cracked areas by infiltrating a fine crack with a solution, thereby densifying the interior and deep surface of the crack. Even if the crack is not visibly sealed on the surface, it suppresses the intrusion of water and various deterioration factors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Leakage Stop Construction Example: River Improvement Project in Okinawa Prefecture

Using 'Sanmatel Crack Repair'! A case of stopping leakage inside a box culvert.

We would like to introduce a case where we stopped water leakage inside a box culvert due to a large amount of water contained in the embankment during a river improvement project in Okinawa Prefecture. After injecting "Sanmatera Aqua" and "Sanmatera Aqua EX" into the cracks, we applied ultra-fine particle cement (water + special resin mixture) and, after drying, removed the excess material using a grinder or similar tool. The water leakage at the repaired crack areas has been stopped. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Certain area in Okinawa Prefecture ■ Period: July to August 2022 ■ Products Used: - Sanmatera Aqua (ultra-fine particle permeable concrete modification reinforcement agent) - Sanmatera Aqua EX (ultra-fine particle permeable concrete modification water-stopping agent) - Sanmatera Crack Repair (ultra-fine particle cement, special water-based resin, inorganic black pigment) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Exterior Wall Composite Renovation Construction Method "Consnet Method"

For preventing and renovating exterior wall peeling of buildings! We ensure reliable quality with a responsible construction system.

The "Consnet Method" is a composite renovation construction method that uses cationic one-component polymer cement mortar for exterior walls. By fixing the composite renovation layer reinforced with a net to the structure using anchor pins, it prevents the detachment of existing finishing materials (tiles, mortar, etc.). The use of one-component polymer cement mortar made with re-emulsifiable powdered resin eliminates the generation of waste liquid and waste cans on-site, thereby reducing the amount of waste and minimizing environmental impact. 【Features】 ■ Obtained technical review certification (building technology) from the Japan Architectural Center ■ Prevents the detachment of existing finishing materials (tiles, mortar, etc.) ■ Expected to have preventive maintenance effects against new deterioration ■ Eliminates the generation of waste liquid and waste cans on-site ■ Ensures reliable quality with a responsible construction system *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Geological structure survey

Applied as an important survey method since the past! Leave the physical exploration in mountain tunnels to us.

Our company conducts "physical exploration in mountain tunnels," which has traditionally been applied as an important survey method. Mountain tunnels are the most commonly constructed structures in the civil engineering field, and detailed surveys are necessary before and during construction. For surveys at the tunnel route and at the portal areas with minimal soil cover during the construction planning phase, refraction seismic exploration and resistivity 2D surveys are primarily applied. During construction, PS logging through horizontal drilling and shallow reflection seismic exploration are used as face exploration methods. 【Physical exploration methods applicable in tunnels】 ■ Elastic wave exploration ■ Drilling ■ Electrical exploration ■ Electromagnetic exploration *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Cast metal MS method metal repair bolt hole repair cast casing crack

We will repair cracks that have occurred in metal and machinery without applying heat. Instead of welding, we will physically remove and repair the cracks without adding heat.

The "MS Method (Mechanical Stitch)" is a groundbreaking repair technique (Mechanical Stitching Method) that uses mechanical methods to address cracks in metal. Since it does not apply any heat at all, there is no "thermal distortion." It prevents residual stress from occurring in other areas and also prevents secondary damage such as new cracks. Cracks in metal are one of the concerns in equipment maintenance operations. In typical welding repair methods, the base material around the crack changes due to heat, leading to residual stress and distortion, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" and "secondary damage." **Features of the MS Method:** - No hardening or residual stress from heat - Elimination of secondary damage - Maintenance of stable quality → Integrated system repairs using jigs, etc. → Accumulation of know-how, experience, and achievements - Completion of construction in a short period → Does not significantly reduce the operating rate of equipment - Advantages in safety and environmental aspects → Since no fire is used, there is no impact on the operating rate of other equipment or the environment For more details, please contact us.

【Product PR】 The "MS Method (Mechanical Stitch)" is a groundbreaking repair technique (Mechanical Stitch Method) that addresses metal cracks using mechanical methods. Since it does not apply any heat, there is no "thermal distortion." It prevents residual stress from occurring in other areas and also prevents secondary damage such as new cracks. Metal cracks are one of the concerns in equipment maintenance operations. Repairs using conventional welding methods change the base material around the crack due to heat, leading to residual stress and distortion, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" and "secondary damage." 【Features of the MS Method】 ■ No hardening or residual stress from heat ■ Elimination of secondary damage ■ Maintenance of stable quality → Integrated system repairs using jigs, etc. → Accumulation of know-how, experience, and achievements ■ Completion of construction in a short period → No significant decrease in equipment operating rates ■ Advantages in safety and environmental aspects → No use of fire, so there is no impact on the operating rates of other equipment or the environment For more details, please contact us.
