Structure of the Deopo (Deodorizing Device with Heat Storage Combustion)

The switching valve uses a highly airtight metal touch poppet valve! Ensures high heat exchange and low pressure loss.

Introducing the structure of the heat storage combustion deodorization device "Deopo." The burner maintains the combustion chamber at a high temperature, and if the solvent concentration is high, the burner stops (self-combustion operation). Each heat storage chamber is equipped with a switching valve to alternate between the intake zone, exhaust zone, and common zone by opening and closing the valves. 【Structure】 ■ The burner maintains the combustion chamber at a high temperature ■ The burner stops if the solvent concentration is high (self-combustion operation) ■ Intake gas is heated while moving into the furnace by receiving heat from the heat storage body ■ Exhaust gas moves outdoors while being cooled by releasing heat to the heat storage body ■ The area between the intake zone and exhaust zone is kept neutral to prevent shortcutting of odor gas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
