A butterfly valve with flow control that has performance equivalent to JWWA B 138 standard butterfly valves.
It has performance equivalent to the JWWA B 138 standard butterfly valve, and by attaching a flow control plate with comb-like notches and numerous holes on the downstream side of the valve body, it disperses the water flow into fine jet streams, suppressing the occurrence and growth of cavitation. With low vibration and low noise, it enables "throttling operation," which was considered difficult with conventional butterfly valves, allowing for extensive flow control.

- The flow control plate with comb-like notches and numerous holes disperses the water flow into fine jet streams, compensating for the negative pressure on the downstream side of the valve body and suppressing the occurrence and growth of cavitation.
- Since the flow control plate can suppress the occurrence and growth of cavitation, the cavitation characteristics are improved, making throttling operation possible, which was considered difficult with conventional butterfly valves. Additionally, the generated cavitation is finely dispersed, reducing the vibration and noise that occur during throttling operation and expanding the range of use.
- The wetted surfaces on the inner side are coated with a powder coating known for its resistance to cavitation, enhancing durability and also effectively addressing red water issues.
- It is compatible with both vertical and horizontal orientations.
