We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon known as "blistering," which occurs when water that has penetrated the coating evaporates due to the heat of the curing oven, expands into steam, and lifts the coating into bubbles. If the cause is that the moisture on the substrate has not been completely removed, it is possible to take measures by checking the water removal drying oven and the way the substrate is hung. Additionally, there are measures for cases where rust prevention oil or grease has not been thoroughly removed before painting.
