Dry Bearing Daisermo DTP
Environmentally friendly lead-free materials! Extremely low friction coefficient, allowing for complex shapes through injection molding.
"Daisermo DTP" is a bearing material formed by injection molding with a special filler added to polyphenylene sulfide resin. It can be used at higher temperatures compared to Daihalon bearings and has sliding properties equivalent to those of polytetrafluoroethylene resin. Additionally, there is a fiber-reinforced type that improves strength and heat resistance. 【Features】 ■ Extremely low friction coefficient ■ No stick-slip occurs at low friction coefficients ■ Soft shafts can be used with the counterpart shaft ■ Complex shapes can be achieved through injection molding ■ Usable at higher temperatures compared to Daihalon bearings (up to 160°C) ■ Carbon fiber reinforced type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
