Baked paint for metals such as iron and aluminum! Usable as soon as it cools down!
At our company, we are capable of cutting and bending steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, so we recommend the use of "baked coatings" for building materials and machine components.
Baked coating is a painting method that uses paint that hardens when exposed to high temperatures. It is primarily applied to metals such as iron, aluminum, and stainless steel, where heat of about 120°C to 200°C is applied after painting for curing and drying.
Generally, baked coatings result in products with superior hardness and chemical resistance, less drying unevenness, and the formation of a strong paint film. Additionally, after curing and drying, the products can be used immediately once they have cooled down.
