Question 1: What was the background for the introduction? A: The most important thing I wanted to focus on when starting the store was cleanliness. Since we handle pets, addressing the issue of "odor" became crucial. I wanted to dispel the notion that "it's normal for places that handle pets to have a smell." I thought that with Omni's diffuser, we could produce pleasant scents and eliminate unpleasant odors, so I decided to implement it. Question 2: What has been the reaction from customers and staff? A: Our staff, of course, but also our customers are very satisfied. Many customers recognize the store by its scent, saying things like, "It always smells nice even though there are pets," "You went to Rian because it smells good, right?" and "This scent is Rian's scent." Question 3: What is the effect of the diffuser? A: I am very satisfied. The effect of the diffuser in the store changes with the seasons and temperature, but I can directly contact the person in charge for advice. It's wonderful that we can adjust the strength of the scent flexibly. Additionally, during maintenance, they provide various scent suggestions, which is very helpful.
