It utilizes the turbulence created by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle or mix the fed yarn. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with 4 feed rollers and a hot pin heater - Capable of stretching nylon and polyester synthetic long fibers (POY) at any desired stretching ratio - Produces ATY by feeding yarn into the nozzle with any overfeed ■ Allows for simple T&T production using a hot pin heater ■ The size of the ATY loops can be adjusted using a second heater ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC.
