Sanko Industry Titanium Screws

Light, strong, rust-free

It withstands higher temperatures than iron and stainless steel. The Young's modulus (also known as elastic modulus, which indicates flexibility) is about half that of stainless steel. It deflects about twice as much compared to stainless steel under the same stress.

Selection of Machine Tools and 3D Printers

Control costs by selecting machines tailored to the purpose. Consideration of the processes necessary for implementation.

One of the four concepts to understand for the practical application of 3D printing is "Machine Tools." Just because it is a high-level design goal does not necessarily mean that introducing a high-end 3D printer is the correct solution. By scrutinizing the "intermediate processes" required for stabilizing and enhancing the precision of 3D printing, it is possible to achieve goals on a low budget, shorten delivery times, and utilize spot applications in certain phases. [Intermediate Processes that Affect Quality] - Adjustments for large-scale and high precision - Design considering post-processing - Split molding and partial utilization *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Metal 3D Printer [AconityTWO]

This is Aconity3D's latest solution for efficient industrial laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) manufacturing and production.

The AconityTWO device is Aconity3D's latest solution for efficient industrial laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) manufacturing and production. With a large build envelope of Ø 400 mm x H 400 mm and an easy-to-open machine cover, it allows for the production of large parts with minimal setup time, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. To maximize flexibility in the types of materials that can be processed and to enhance quality assurance, it can be equipped with optional high-temperature preheating up to 800°C and Aconity3D's entirely new process monitoring system (optional). The AconityTWO can also utilize up to four lasers in a quad-laser configuration, further improving productivity. Like all Aconity3D devices, the AconityTWO is equipped with the AconitySTUDIO control software, allowing Aconity3D service engineers to remotely access all relevant process parameters and machine components, providing timely support to customers.

Short lead time, molding, molds, castings, aluminum, 3D printer.

Are you having trouble with the delivery time for your cast metal prototypes? "Casting Prototype Service!" for cast iron, aluminum castings, and stainless steel castings (lost wax casting)!

● The production time for casting prototypes can be shortened! Since model production is unnecessary, the time required for prototype production, which previously took about a month, can be significantly reduced. ● Model costs can be reduced! By directly producing sand molds from 3D data, there is no need for model production costs. If changes to the model are necessary, they can be addressed by modifying the 3D data. ● Similar products with different shapes and dimensions can be prototyped simultaneously! Different products, such as similar shapes or variations in dimensions, can be molded at the same time in a single molding process. This allows for the verification of multiple types in a short period.

White Paper: 3D Printing with Both Composites and Metals

Achieve rapid improvements in the manufacturing process! Optimize parts according to the desired quality!

This document introduces 3D printing using both composite materials and metals to address the diverse challenges in manufacturing environments. High-strength composite material 3D printing and metal 3D printing are both methods of producing parts that demonstrate high value. While each can independently cater to a wide range of use cases in manufacturing, the interplay between both printers creates intelligent solutions. In this document, we present several methods to achieve rapid improvements in manufacturing processes by leveraging the complementary technologies of both printers. We encourage you to read on. [Contents (excerpt)] - Metals vs. high-strength composites - which to use - Complex metal parts - demand for 3D printed fixtures - Printing metal parts to be inserted into composite tools - Using suitable materials that meet the needs of jigs and tools *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The Future of Manufacturing through DfX × DfAM

Mass production using 3D printers. Production optimization proposed by our company.

We will introduce "The Future of Manufacturing" through DfX×DfAM. Mass production using 3D printers has generally been considered unsuitable for large-scale production due to "slow modeling speeds" and "low and unstable precision." However, in recent years, the trend towards high turnover in manufacturing and the expansion of software supporting 3D printing have significantly increased compatibility with mass production systems, leading to expectations for practical application and widespread adoption. 【Changes in Manufacturing Trends】 ■ Shortening of product life cycles ■ Diversification of demand due to the spread of e-commerce ■ Automation of production lines ■ Contribution to sustainability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
