The "UTF Coat Standard Type" is a fluorine coating technology that utilizes plasma treatment. By molecular bonding through plasma, it enhances the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, preventing peeling. Due to its ultra-thin film of 6 to 7 nm, it can be processed without concern for dimensional accuracy, and its non-stick, water-repellent, and oil-repellent effects last for a long time.
Since it is processed at low temperatures below 60°C, it can be applied to various substrates, including metals, glass, ceramics, fabrics, and various engineering plastics.
