The "te-gone tile" is a tile made by arranging three-dimensional clay shapes, such as spheres and rectangular prisms, at regular intervals and pressing them into shape on a smooth surface. Due to the properties of the material itself, the adjacent clays push against each other, resulting in soft shapes. The slight differences in shape and the natural irregularities created by the arrangement add a gentle impression to the space. Additionally, by sandwiching the tiles with materials like cloth or wood during pressing, you can add texture to the surface and enjoy different textures.
