Ceramic tile "Hishigata"
The diamond shape creates various patterns through its combinations.
The ceramic tile "Hishigata," as its name suggests, is a rhombus-shaped tile: a quadrilateral with all four sides of equal length. The diagonals of the rhombus intersect at right angles, and since it is a special form of a parallelogram, it possesses all the properties of a parallelogram. Being a special shape of a kite, it also has all the properties of a kite. The rhombus, with its combinations, creates attractive expressions through lighting, producing patterns that evoke a strong sense of surprise (pattern A) and traditional yet modern orthogonal argyle patterns (pattern B), among others.
