Introducing a hook-and-loop fastener with high heat resistance that can be used at higher temperature ranges than standard types!

We would like to introduce our heat-resistant type of "Velcro" that we handle. This product is a hook-and-loop fastener with high heat resistance, utilizing PPS fibers in almost all the threads of the hook part, loop part, and base fabric part. Even after being left in a high-temperature environment (250°C) for 24 hours, the engagement strength (shear strength) retains over 80%. Additionally, since it is primarily made of PPS fibers and does not use the polyurethane back coating typically required for standard hook-and-loop fasteners, it has self-extinguishing properties and passes the automotive combustion test (FMVSS-302 horizontal method) and the aircraft combustion test (FAR.PAT25.853a vertical method). 【Features】 ■ Utilizes PPS fibers in almost all threads of the hook part, loop part, and base fabric part ■ Has self-extinguishing properties due to the absence of back coating agents ■ Passes automotive and aircraft combustion tests ■ Produces extremely low smoke emissions during combustion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. Velcro® (Moldable Sewable Type)

It is possible to attach sewing to the garment! Introducing plastic molded type hook and loop fasteners.

We would like to introduce the "hook and loop" type of our products that can be sewn. This product uses polyester material and can be sewn onto the substrate. Furthermore, compared to woven hook and loop, it adheres firmly and is easy to peel off (high shear, low peel). Additionally, due to the fewer protrusions on the hook surface, it has a gentle feel, less adherence of dust and lint, and its thin thickness during engagement provides excellent follow-up and comfort when attached. Moreover, in addition to sewing installation, it can also be attached using adhesives or ultrasonic welders, allowing for installation tailored to the substrate.
